Tateyama Bay of Chiba, Japan is a meeting point of two friends who are human and fish. Local diver Heroyuki Arakawa and Yoriko, a fish of Asian Ship-shed are close friend and they meet each other daily into water. They are friend since 25 years and meet daily.

Arakawa taking care of ‘Shinto Shrine’ which is located into bay of water and he is also a guide for those people who like to see that shrine. One day, while became guide, he meet a fish and became closer with that fish. Nowadays, while he call a fish by name called ‘Yoriko’ and beat a iron untensil by hammer, fish come over him and feel happy. Their friendship is around 25 years long.

Local diver Arakawa have a shop of diving in Japan and meet a friend. He always write a message on his Facebook wall about their friendship. This relationship make tourist attractive and most tourists go for diving to see the friend relationship of these two.
